His hands-on approach and engineering acumen led him to flip properties and undertake custom renovation projects, laying a strong foundation in general contracting. In 2015, Jake’s passion for home building took a significant turn as he co-founded a multimillion-dollar company, building nearly 100 properties in Austin.
